Aka “Remy”, this impressive mare was Champion Pure Cleveland Bay at The Great Yorkshire Show in 2025 as a 3 year old. Only her second time in a show ring. 

Remy stands at 16:3hh with 9.25 inches of bone, excellent feet and conformation.

Remy has been brought on slowly on our family farm, since she was a foal, so is good with the vet and the farrier and is good to load. She is keen to learn, and has begun her further education in hand, under the guidance of natural horseman Damien McNickle, where she has proved herself a very willing and intelligent pupil. Remy is now looking for a progressive home, as she would make a fabulous ridden prospect in so many spheres. She is a very kind, and spirited lady who needs confident, knowledgeable handling going forward.

Remy has an excellent Cleveland Bay pedigree, with great breeding potential for anyone looking to add to their herd or as a new rare breed breeder. She is registered with the CBHS and her passport is overstamped by SHB (GB)

Remy is up to date with vaccinations and open to the vet. She can be viewed in her ‘working clothes’ at home in North Yorkshire, and is offered for sale, unbroken but she is due to be broken and ridden away in April 2026, which will be reflected in her asking price.
