If you wish to watch the AGM via Zoom, please return the registration form to cbhschair@gmail.com by October 14.  The meeting will start at 1100 GMT, which in the US and Canada would be 6 am EDT to 3 am PDT going east to west.  The time in Melbourne, Australia would be 9 p.m.

If you wish to submit a nomination for President-Elect, please submit a completed nomination form and send to cbhschair@gmail.com by October 14.

Proxies must be received at cbhschair@gmail.com by 11 am GMT on 19 October.
