HOYS 2014

The excitement is certainly building now!!

Well it has been 36 years since we had a pure breed Cleveland Bay qualify for HOYS with the last one being Forest Foursome.  We can now look forward to another one flying the flag with Knaresborough Moon Dust, bred by Danny Welch and owned and shown by Steve Pullan. Moon Dust qualified at the Great Yorkshire Show in July.

Dusty is by Whitehouse Trooper out of Knaresborough Moon Beam. We would like to wish Steve and Dusty the Best of Luck. The judging takes place on Wednesday 8th October and quite a large group of CBHS members and friends are travelling to HOYS to go and watch and cheer on the Cleveland Bay.

This year we are also lucky to have a six year old part bred Heavyweight Ridden Hunter William Tell.  William has been lightly shown this year and qualified at the Bucks County Show.  He is by Bollin William out of Miss Appropriate (CB) and is owned by Mr and Mrs Gilbert and ridden by Sally Gilbert.  This class will take place on Friday the 10th October.

We would like to wish them all our Best Wishes and Good Luck
